Return Policy

At FusionElementWatches, our primary objective is to ensure every customer's complete satisfaction with their purchase. In pursuit of this goal, we offer a "no questions asked" 15-day refund policy on all purchases, subject to the following conditions:

Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not qualify for a full refund. Any pre-owned watch can be returned provided it remains in the exact condition as sold, inclusive of all boxes, papers, books, and accessories. Kindly notify one of our representatives of your intent to return the watch before dispatching the merchandise. All return shipments must be postmarked no later than the 3rd calendar day from the receipt of your watch and are shipped at your sole cost and responsibility. Ensure you insure the contents for their full value as we bear no responsibility for lost packages.

Upon receipt, our watch experts will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the watch's original condition and the presence of all tags (especially any "non-removable" tags), items, and accessories. We will then issue a refund, deducting the return shipping and insurance fees paid by FusionElementWatches, along with any transaction fees (e.g., credit card, Amazon, financing, or PayPal fees). Please note, this return policy applies exclusively to online sales; all in-store and international sales are final.

Rolex Factory Stickered Watches

These items are sold in unused/unworn condition and come with the original Rolex factory stickers. Removing these stickers significantly impacts the watch's value and resalability. Therefore, to be eligible for a full refund, these stickers must remain intact. Watches returned with these factory stickers removed will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and could result in a refund reduction of up to 20% of the purchase price.
